Privacy Policy

How CADRE handles website, contact, publishing, portal, and consultant directory information.

Institutional Identity

In this policy, CADRE refers to the website, portal, publications, and institutional services operated under the CADRE name.

What CADRE Collects

CADRE may collect names, email addresses, account type, consultant profile details, article submission details, and messages sent through website or portal workflows.

Why CADRE Uses This Information

Information is used to manage portal accounts, respond to inquiries, review consultant directory submissions, publish approved Insights, and operate CADRE services responsibly.

Privacy-Safe Website Analytics

CADRE uses a first-party anonymous identifier to understand public page visits, publication readership, PDF use, device type, and referring domains. The analytics system does not store raw IP addresses and excludes protected admin and portal activity.

Email Delivery Records

CADRE may record the recipient, notification category, subject, delivery status, and time of operational emails so staff can identify failed account, inquiry, application, and password-reset messages. Email passwords and SMTP credentials are not stored in these records.

Passwords and Security

Portal and staff passwords are stored as hashed values. CADRE does not store plain-text passwords. Users should choose strong, unique passwords.

Sharing

CADRE does not sell personal data. Information may be shared only when needed to operate CADRE services, comply with law, protect the platform, or support authorized CADRE workflows.

Retention

Contact inquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last substantive interaction. Unsuccessful vacancy applications are normally retained for up to 12 months after a selection process closes unless the applicant agrees to future consideration. Consultant profiles remain while the account is active or while CADRE has a legitimate operational need. Security and audit records may be retained longer where necessary for accountability. Published authorship and editorial records form part of the permanent publication record.

CADRE Insights Email

CADRE sends the Insights briefing only after affirmative consent. Every subscriber may withdraw consent through the unsubscribe link provided in briefing emails or by contacting CADRE.

Your Choices and Requests

You may ask CADRE to provide access to personal information associated with you, correct inaccurate details, withdraw optional directory visibility, unsubscribe from communications, or delete information that CADRE no longer needs to retain. Legal, security, public-interest, and publication-record obligations may limit deletion in specific cases.

Contact

Privacy requests can be sent to info@cadre.af. CADRE may need to verify identity before acting on a request.
